Over the years, we have bought
and sold many homes. Without a doubt, Lorie
Anne Lloyd is the most professional agent
we have ever had the pleasure of working
with. She is very knowledgeable and patient.
Lorie Anne constantly went out of her way
to please, and went way beyond the call
of duty. We are so happy that we were able

Already in the process of selling my first
home and not seeing any results, I was very
unhappy with the current Realtor. Once the
contract expired, my daughter and I decided
to venture out on our own. We drove around
and came across an open house that Lorie-Anne
was having. I could see from our first meeting
that she was a dedicated, professional and
caring person. I explained the situation
to her and from the knowledge she provided,
I knew she could help me. Throughout the
experience I have to say she was in constant
contact and kept me informed. Selling a
home can be a difficult and stressful experience.
Lorie-Anne listened and eased the process.
My first house was SOLD and now I am happily
in my second home. I will always recommend
her to others and would never let anyone

I am writing this letter to recommend and
to thank Lorie Anne Lloyd for her years
of service and dedication as my Realtor
in Riverside County. There is no one better
in the Temecula Valley, and you can absolutely
trust her to represent you honestly, effectively,
and with integrity. When I first met Lorie
Anne 4 years ago, she impressed me greatly
because of her work ethic, and her "soft
touch." Let me explain. Lorie Anne had been
working with a home buyer, trying to find
the perfect home for her client. When she
located our listing on the MLS, she called
me up immediately and asked politely but
persistantly if she could show the home
to her client that evening. While I had
an important meeting just 2 hours later,
because of her great attitude and approach,
I agreed to let them come see the house.
What you don't know is that this was the
very first day our property was listed on
MLS. And Lorie Anne sold the home that night.
I couldn't believe it! Her client was thrilled,
and I was thrilled. I said "I just found
my new Realtor!" And I have used Lorie Anne

like you. You have gone out your way to
help us out. We don't know how to thank
you enough. We are glad it was you who we
met a few years ago in our purchase of our
first home and feel blessed to still have
you helping us today in anything we need.
Recently when we were ready to upgrade to
a bigger house you were there again to sale
our home and find us our new beautiful house
and made both transactions run so smooth.

I was introduced to Lorieanne through a program in which I received my loan approval. My husband and I was nervous/frustrated due to the fact we were first time buyers and i had already spent countless hours surfing the net looking at property. So, when I had my first conversation with Lorieanne it was a bit lackluster to say the least but Lorieanne was energetic, understanding and informative. When I set out to view homes Lori was very adamant about finding the best property for my family within our budget. After four separate tours of 10+ homes Lorieanne saved the best for last. When we pulled in the driveway her words were "I think you going to love this one", three months later were nesting in our first home.
If I have to sum up Lorieanne it would be this: She's all ears, and hard working when it comes to here clients. She has that friendly connection without losing her professionalism and that is why I never doubted her ability to follow through.
Without the assistance of Ashley A. I would have never kept my head on straight when it came to all the different forms that are involved with the process of becoming a homeowner. But, Ashley is not just a paper pusher or a computer wizard she is very informative on properties as well. She did not bat an eye when I need assistance immediately on the property she was out there to help. Woody and I began our home search in January 2008.
We had been working so hard, saving all our pennies and finally after living crammed into a 700 square foot one bedroom apartment for four years; we were ready to buy our first home. The market was in our favor.
We worked with a few real estate agents, looked at over 50 homes, and made multiple overbidding offers, none of which were getting accepted. We were worn out and discouraged, and almost gave up.
With the state of the "Buyers" housing market in early 2008, we made the assumption it would be easy to have an offer accepted because of our stable job history and good credit. Apparently we were just working with the wrong people!
When I first met Lorie Ann over the phone she was very professional. She guaranteed me that we would be in escrow within only two weeks. I almost didn't believe her, but for some reason, I had faith Lorie Ann would find us our dream home.
One week later we had visited 5 repos and put in one offer. Lorie Ann and her assistant Ashley Aguilera always kept us updated on the status of our offer. The next week I received a call from Lorie with the great news our offer had been accepted!
Through the whole escrow process she was very helpful with everything. We worked with her son Gino from Countrywide for our loan because he gave us the best rate. Now we are all settled in to a home where we will live for many years and live this awesome life together!
Lorie Ann is a very nice but aggressive professional. If you are buying a house, you need Lorie Ann as your Real Estate Agent.
